What is public liability insurance?

Public Liability insurance covers an individual or a company against claims for third party property damage or personal injury.  Common examples of Public Liability claims are a builder knocking a tile off a roof and hitting a member of the public, or a plumber hitting a pipe and causing a water leak.

Do you need Public Liability insurance?  Or could it be time for a complete insurance review of your business's policies?
